Garlic Lemon Steamed Salmon with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 6–8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 lemon slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Season the salmon with minced garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Arrange broccoli and cherry tomatoes on a heat-proof plate.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on top of the vegetables and add lemon slices.
  4. Steam using the Cuisinart STM-3000HK Steam mode for 8–10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
