Microwave Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add milk and vegetable oil. Mix until the batter is smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips if desired.
- Microwave on high for 1–2 minutes using the Microwave function of the Cuisinart AMW-60HK.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
