General Warranty Conditions

• Warranties apply to products purchased from authorised Cuisinart retailers only
• Products must be purchased for personal, household use
• Commercial or resale use is excluded unless stated otherwise
• Original proof of purchase is required to claim warranty service
• If proof of purchase is unavailable, warranty period may be calculated from the date of manufacture
• Product registration is recommended but not mandatory

Warranty Coverage by Product Category

Small Kitchen Appliances

Limited One (1) Year Warranty

Cuisinart small kitchen appliances are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

Coverage includes:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faults under normal home use

Not covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Accidental damage or shipping damage
• Use with unauthorised accessories or voltage converters
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications

Cuisinart will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product if found defective during the warranty period.

Cookware

Limited One (1) Year Warranty

Cuisinart® cookware products are covered by a 1 Year Limited Warranty for the original purchaser under normal household use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Commercial or non-household use
• Damage caused by misuse, overheating, or improper care
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
• Damage caused by unauthorised accessories or repairs

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Cuisinart may repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion.

 Coffee Grinders

Limited 1 year Warranty

Cuisinart® Coffee Grinders are covered by a Limited 1 year Warranty from the date of original purchase.

If a defect arises during the warranty period under normal household use, the product will be repaired or replaced at no charge, subject to warranty terms.

 Outdoor Products

Limited Warranty (1-Year on Product)

Exclusions include:

• Use with unauthorised parts or accessories

Warranty remedies include repair, replacement, or refund, at Cuisinart’s discretion.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover (All Products)

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
• Damage caused by:
  • Accidents
  • Improper use
  • Incorrect voltage
  • Acts of God (fire, flood, etc.)
• Products with removed or altered serial numbers
• Products repaired by unauthorised service providers
