Crispy Enoki Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 packs enoki mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the Cuisinart 3-in-1 Microwave Airfryer Oven AMW-60HK to 180°C using Air Fry mode.
  2. Trim off the root end of the enoki mushrooms and separate them into small clusters. Pat dry thoroughly with kitchen paper.
  3. Lightly coat the enoki with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Add garlic powder if desired.
  4. Arrange the enoki in a single layer on the air fry rack, leaving a little space between each cluster.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
