Ingredients:
Medium-sized mangoes - 3
Pineapple - half
Syrup - 120ml
Lime juice - 60ml
- Dice the mango and pineapple, then add them to a blender with syrup and lime juice, then blend into a smooth puree.
- Sieve the puree to remove pulp fibers and refrigerate for 2 hours or more.
- Insert the paddle into the ice cream maker, pour in the puree, and close the lid. Set the machine to 60 minutes and press Start.
- Refrigerate the sorbet in a plastic container for 2 hours. Then, enjoy your tropical delight!
