Summer Mango and Pineapple Sorbet

Ingredients: 
Medium-sized mangoes - 3
Pineapple - half
Syrup - 120ml 
Lime juice -  60ml 

 

  1. Dice the mango and pineapple, then add them to a blender with syrup and lime juice, then blend into a smooth puree.
  2. Sieve the puree to remove pulp fibers and refrigerate for 2 hours or more.
  3. Insert the paddle into the ice cream maker, pour in the puree, and close the lid. Set the machine to 60 minutes and press Start.
  4. Refrigerate the sorbet in a plastic container for 2 hours. Then, enjoy your tropical delight!
