Ingredients:

Brown sugar 198g             

Red bean 340g

Dried lily bulb 28g

Dried lotus seed 57g

Tangerine 2 sections

Water 1 1/2 L

cornstarch water 1/2 cup

 

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Place all ingredients into the Cuisinart multi-functional pressure cooker.
  3. Lock the lid, select the soup/sweet soup mode, choose high+ pressure setting, set the time for approximately 30 minutes, and press Start.
  4. Once cooking is completed, stir well, and enjoy.
