Ingredients:
30g unsalted butter
20g powdered sugar
40g beaten egg
60g high gluten flour
- Soften the butter and whisk until pale, then add 30g of beaten egg and mix.
- Add sifted flour and powdered sugar, mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out into a thin sheet, place on top of toast, and gently cut diamond patterns.
- Bake in the oven or air fryer until the surface turns lightly brown.
