Pineapple Toast

Ingredients:

30g unsalted butter

20g powdered sugar

40g beaten egg

60g high gluten flour

 

  1. Soften the butter and whisk until pale, then add 30g of beaten egg and mix.
  2. Add sifted flour and powdered sugar, mix until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out into a thin sheet, place on top of toast, and gently cut diamond patterns.
  4. Bake in the oven or air fryer until the surface turns lightly brown.
